How are your 300K AI Personas built? Written manually one by one?

Not by hand. The library was built through a combination of broad social-media observation (people's public posts, language, behaviors) and interview-derived data for the higher-tier personas.

New personas accumulate as users run Scout and as the system covers new domains over time. There's no fixed cap.

Each persona goes through the same scoring: does it cover the seven dimensions (demographics, geography, psychology, behavior, needs & pain points, tech acceptance, social relations)? Coverage drives the tier — six or seven dimensions covered goes to the shared library as Tier 2, four or five as Tier 1, fewer than four stays internal.
